About Dr. Goodman

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, practicing in downtown Baltimore. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Florida in 2008.

I completed my predoctoral internship at the Virginia Commonwealth University Counseling Services. Additionally, I worked at the Student Health and Counseling Center at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. I have taught undergraduate classes in Abnormal Psychology and Research Methods, and a graduate course in Psychopathology.

Since returning to my home state of Maryland in 2010, I have worked in private practice. Currently I work with adults, adolescents, and couples.

My research focused on issues affecting underserved populations, specifically lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered (LGBT) and racial/ethnic minority persons.
